Henry Pumadeq™ Flex 31MV
Henry Pumadeq™ Flex 31MV is a 100% solids, two-part, rapid-curing, liquid-applied membrane designed for flashing Henry waterproofing systems. It is applied in a layered application consisting of primer (if required), base coat, polyester fabric reinforcement and finish coat that is waterproofed within 1 hour. Henry Pumadeq™ Flex 31MV combines the flexibility and crack-bridging capabilities of polyurethane with rapid curing technology resulting in exceptional long-term performance and durability. The Pumadeq™ Flex 31MV catalyzed system forms a monolithic, self-terminating flashing membrane for a variety of new construction, refurbishment, and recovery roofing and waterproofing applications.
Aquatac Primer
Aquatac Primer is a polymer emulsion based primer for self-adhesive membranes.

Henry® 925 BES Sealant
Henry® 925 BES Sealant is a premium, one-part, low VOC, moisture cure, building envelope sealant for construction joints subject to dynamic joint movement.
- Provides excellent weathering resistance, flexibility and very low VOC through use of a silyl-terminated polyether polymer (STPE)
- External joint sealant for Henry® air barrier, waterproofing and roofing systems
- Alternative to silicone and moisture cure urethanes in above-grade construction applications
- Can be used for construction joints up to 25 mm (1″) width, subject to dynamic joint movement of +/-25%
Henry/Bakor DB
Henry/Bakor DB products consist of multiple components designed to enhance the performance of Henry/Bakor waterproofing systems and protected membrane roofing. Henry/Bakor DB consists of a polypropylene core combined with a filter fabric. There a serveral types of Henry/Bakor DB products:
- DB 2000 is a three-dimensional polymeric core drain board with a non-woven geotextile fabric fully bonded to the top dimples of the core.
- DB 6000 is a high-strength, three-dimensional polymeric core drain board with a non-woven geotextile fabric fully bonded to the top dimples of the core.
- DB 6200 is a high-strength, three-dimensional polymeric core drain board with a non-woven geotextile fabric fully bonded to the top dimples of the core and a protection sheet adhered to the back side of the drain board to help prevent die cutting of the waterproofing membranes.
- DB 9000 is a three-dimensional polymeric core drain board with a tough woven monofilament fabric.
990-25 Elastomeric Flashing Sheet
990-25 Elastomeric Flashing Sheet is a flexible flashing membrane composed of combination of butyl and EPDM polymers. Compatible with asphalt roofing and waterproofing materials, 990-25 Elastomeric Flashing Sheet is used in expansion joints and flashing details for hot rubberized asphalt, resaturants and can be used with hot built-up roofing asphalt.
Henry/Bakor 930-18 Polymer Modified Adhesive
Henry/Bakor 930-18 Polymer Modified Adhesive is a solvent-based, synthetic rubber sealant adhesive designed to prepare concrete and other construction surfaces for application of thermofused SBS modified bitumen membranes and hot applied rubberized asphalt membranes.
Henry/Bakor 910-01 Penetrating Asphalt Primer
Henry/Bakor 910-01 Penetrating Asphalt Primer is a light bodied asphalt based material for priming surfaces before applying hot mopped or cold applied asphalt coatings, roof cements, mastics and adhesives.
Blueskin Adhesive
Blueskin Adhesive is a quick drying, rubber-based adhesive designed to enhance the adhesion of self-adhered membranes, such as Blueskin SA.
Neoflash Uncured Neoprene Flashing Sheet
Neoflash Uncured Neoprene Flashing Sheet is used with 790-11 Hot Rubberized Asphalt Membrane at expansion joints and exposed flashing details.
Henry/Bakor Polyester Fabric
Henry/Bakor Polyester Fabric is an unsaturated spun bonded polyester mat that will not absorb moisture or rot. It resists damage from soil acids and alkalis and exhibits porosity that allows good interply bond between layers of the membrane as well as good strength and tear resistance.
Polybitume 570-05
Polybitume 570-05 is a top-quality, high solids, rubber asphalt caulking and sealing compound formulated to provide extra flexibility and a good bond. It exceeds the performance standards of asphalt caulking compounds.
Bakor 990-31 Protection Board
Bakor 990-31 Protection Board is a continuously extruded flexible twin wall board made of polypropylene copolymer. 990-31 Protection Board provides protection for all types of waterproofing membranes. Baker 990-31 Protection Board is used as protection of waterproofing membranes against possible damage during backfilling on a wide variety of applications such as foundation walls, roof decks, terraces, planters, promenades, etc. Its lightweight feature makes 990-31 ideal to use on vertical applications.
