Synko-Flex® Waterstop
This self-sealing, non-swelling preformed joint sealant provides a lasting, watertight bond on both fresh and cured concrete surfaces. Synko-Flex® Waterstop achieves a watertight seal within cold joints at footings, walls and slabs. Rain and moisture resistant, Synko-Flex® Waterstop is also a simple, long-term solution for sealing pipes, sleeves, and collars embedded or cast into concrete structures.
Hydro-Flex® Waterstop
Henry’s Hydro-Flex® Waterstop is an easy to use, preformed, self-adhesive hydrophilic waterstop that provides a watertight seal in cold joints on concrete structures. Designed to swell into unconsolidated concrete surfaces upon contact with water, Hydro-Flex® Waterstop features an advanced blend of butyl rubber, polypropylene elastomers, hydrophilic fillers and plasticizers. For exterior use only.
Synko-Flex® Waterstop FR
Synko-Flex® Waterstop FR provides a water-tight seal around cold joints in concrete structures exposed to hydrocarbon liquids. Designed for ease of use, Synko-Flex® FR Waterstop is a preformed adhesive that may also be used to seal around concrete, steel, PVC or HDPE pipe penetrations through concrete walls or floor slabs.
Synko-Flex® Solvent Based Primer
Synko-Flex® Solvent Based Primer penetrates concrete pores and seals concrete surfaces to provide an optimal surface for the adhesion and bonding of Synko-Flex®, Hydro-Flex® Waterstops and Ram-Nek® Concrete Joint Sealant Products. Formulated with a solution of select asphalt base in a petroleum solvent, Synko-Flex® Solvent Based Primer is for exterior use only.
Synko-Flex® Emulsion Primer
Henry’s Synko-Flex® Emulsion Primer penetrates concrete surfaces to provide an optimal surface for the adhesion and bonding of Synko-Flex® or Hydro-Flex® preformed adhesive waterstops, and Ram-Nek® joint sealants. Formulated with a thin solution of mineral colloid asphalt emulsion.
Damp Proofing Products
Henry/Bakor 700-01
Henry/Bakor 700-01 is a damp proofing and waterproofing emulsion composed of vacuum-reduced asphalt dispersed in a mineral colloid emulsifier. It is odourless, non-toxic, of heavy brush consistency, exhibiting excellent adhesion to both damp and dry construction surfaces. The cured coating presents a stable, ductile coating impervious to sustained contact with water. Environmentally friendly material containing no asbestos or volatile compounds.
Henry/Bakor 700-01 is used as a waterproofing compound in membrane systems to control hydrostatic pressure or may be applied as a simple coating for dampproofing concrete and masonry. It is ideal for insulated concrete forms (ICF), preserved wood foundations (PWF), foundation walls, footings, split-slab floors, retaining walls and wing walls.
Henry/Bakor 710-11
Henry/Bakor 710-11 is a top quality, medium consistency, solvent-type waterproofing and damp proofing compound of selected asphalts and fibres permitting application in thick films. It bonds well to dry, frost-free masonry and concrete surfaces and is particularly well adapted to spray application. The cured coating is impervious to sustained contact with water. Additionally, it exceeds the requirement of CAN/CGSB 37.16.
Henry/Bakor 710-11 is used as a damp proofing coating on masonry or concrete structures to control absorption and migration of moisture. Coating is used in multi-layers as a waterproofing membrane and can be applied at low temperatures. Ideally used for foundation walls, footings, split-slab floors, retaining walls, wing walls and abutments.
Henry/Bakor 810-07
Henry/Bakor 810-07 is a non-fibered, solvent type asphalt roof and foundation damp proofing coating of medium paint consistency. Designed to preserve new and existing metal and smooth surface asphalt roofing, 810-07 is used as a protective coating and preservative for new or old weathered asphalt, metal, or roll roofing. formulated for brush, roller or spray application.
